The Beauty Lounge provides professional beauty services including:
Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system, by phone, or in person. All appointments are subject to availability.
Appointments are confirmed upon booking. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment.
First-time clients for permanent makeup services must schedule a consultation before treatment. Consultations may be required for other services at our discretion.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the service cost.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling your appointment, subject to availability.
We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and digital payments. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
Service prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be communicated at the time of booking.
Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied to your service cost.
Clients must disclose any relevant health conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities before receiving services. Failure to disclose may affect service quality and safety.
Clients under 18 years of age require parental consent for all services. Some services may have minimum age requirements.
Certain services may not be suitable for pregnant or nursing clients, or those with specific medical conditions. Consultation with your healthcare provider may be required.
Results may vary based on individual factors including skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Clients are responsible for following provided aftercare instructions. Failure to follow aftercare may affect results and healing.
Some services may require touch-up appointments. Touch-up policies and pricing will be explained during consultation.
The Beauty Lounge's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. By receiving our services, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks.
We may photograph your results for portfolio and marketing purposes. By receiving our services, you consent to such use unless you specifically opt out in writing.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of The Beauty Lounge and is protected by copyright laws.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
