Quick answers to frequently asked questions about booking and our services

We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance for most services. For permanent makeup consultations and treatments, we suggest booking 2-4 weeks ahead due to high demand. Same-day appointments may be available for certain services.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost.

Consultations are required for all permanent makeup services and lash extensions for new clients. We also offer optional consultations for skincare services to help determine the best treatment plan for your skin goals.

We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and digital payments. Payment is due at the time of service. We also offer package deals with payment plan options for certain services.
